We’re glad you’re here. If you’d like, please share your info so we can thank you for visiting and help you get connected.
What to expect on Sunday
- Service time: 11am
- Typical length: 60-75 minutes
- What to wear: Some people put on their best, others sometimes are coming in from the calving shed.
- Communion Practice:
- Please see the Pastor or one of the ushers/elders before the service so that we can get to know you! Because we believe that in this meal, Christ gives us His true body and blood for the forgiveness of sins, and because communion is a confession of shared faith, we invite to the Lord’s Table those who are members of our church or another LCMS congregation. If you’re not yet part of that fellowship, we would love to talk with you more about what this means.
- If you are a member of an LCMS church and are coming up for communion, wait for the ushers to dismiss you, and follow their instructions.
- We have both chalice and individual cups available.
- Children: We love to have children in the service! Don’t fret if they squawk a little, most of the people here have been through it too and understand (including Pastor). If they are having “one of those days” you can feel free to take them out to the fellowship hall to help them get back under control.
- Sunday School: is at 10am and classes are in the education wing on the West side of the building.
- Hearing Assistance/Large Print Bulletins: If you need help with either of these, let one of the ushers know, and they can get you a hearing assistance device or a large print bulletin.
